Instructions
1. Go to Customize Journal.
2. Select a new theme by searching for Smooth Sailing, and click apply on one of the search results.
3. Set to sidebar on the left. For Plus accounts, set the ad position to Horizontal first, save, and then set it to Between entries and save.
4. Hit the customize selected theme button.
5. In Display scroll down to Presentation and put the user info position in entries to the Right side of the entry text. Under the Additional Options, set the Header Journal Icon to Hide User's Icon.
6. Under Sidebar, put the Profile position to hide. Also, your links list is your navigation bar so you might want to change that to #1 in position on the sidebar. You can change links under links list to profile/entries/friends/etc.
7. Feel free to change any other things.
8. Under Custom CSS, set Use Layout layout's stylesheet(s) and Use layout's stylesheet(s) when including custom external stylesheet both to No. Then copy and paste the following overrides into the Custom stylesheet box:
