Style: S2 Smooth Sailing
For: Basic/Plus Account
Best viewed in Mozilla Firefox/IE (1024x768 resolution)

Instructions

1.Go to Customize Journal.
2. Make sure you're on S2.
3. Under "Select a New Theme", type "Smooth Sailing" in the Search box.
4. Click "Apply Theme" directly underneath the first search result.
5. Scroll down to "Choose a Page Setup", and click "Apply Layout" under "2 Column (sidebar on left)". Then click on Customize Selected Theme.
6. If you have a Plus account, choose "Horizontal" for Ad Placement.
7. Under Presentation under the Display tab, make sure to locate and set these changes:

» Userinfo Position in Entries: Right side of the entry.
» Usericon Visibility: Show in all pages (Unless you desire otherwise)
» Userinfo Position in Entries: Right side of the entry.
» Username Position in Entries: Below usericons.
» Wrap Comment text under userinfo: Yes.

8. Edit anything else that you wish, such as links, blurbs, etc.
9. Select Custom CSS.

- Choose NO in the first two drop down menus
- make sure the Custom external stylesheet URL box is BLANK
- Paste in the following overrides into the Custom stylesheet box and save changes:



That's it. Let me know if there are any problems with the layout or if you have any questions about it. :D Oh, and if you want to credit me, you can put something like "Layout made by [info]fahlyu, stylesheet by [info]resplandor" in your profile or on the sidebar. ^^

Sorry, I should've been more clear that it was only for you, but I can make another one (I wasn't very satisfied after making it either, so I'd like to try again. ^^;)! Any particularities you have in mind (i.e. pictures, words, S2/S1) or do you want the same theme as last time?

about the picture, i don't have any particular picture in mind
so it's up to you ^^
in S2 style. and about the words in the header, can you please add "Kitayama Hiromitsu, Juu's Destiny. The one and only"? and if you can, i want a blue layout~ *sorry if i ask too much* >___>

Do you want both images or can I use just one? I'll probably use the second one. You might have to wait another few weeks (two at most, hopefully) for this because my SATs and APs are coming up, but I'll work on it right after!

Hi there! Sorry for the long long wait, but I finally had time to make a layout for you! I hope you don't mind that I used a different Kitayama picture in the end, as I thought it would fit the stylesheet I picked better. It came out a bit...wintery-feeling, but that's because I altered it to fit the blue theme. I could change it, because originally I was going to make it yellow-ish, but it's up to you. ^^

You can find the layout overrides/instructions over HERE. :D Let me know if there's any problems with it. Again, sorry for making you wait so long!

Nevermind, I didn't like the layout I made so I made a new one. This time it's not all white-ish, but blue-green-ish, and the header came out better, though I didn't use the same image again in order to fit the theme better. The layout overrides and instructions can still be found HERE. Again, let me know if you have any problems. ^^ Oh, and here's the old layout I made if you'd like it better, but I just didn't like the lack of color in it. ^^;
